The Glory is available on Netflix! If you want to know if Joo Yeo-Jeong took revenge for his father’s death, read on! The second part was more graphic and satisfying for all Song Hye Kyo fans, leading to the final chapter of Dong-Eun’s revenge.

Did Joo Yeo-Jeong take revenge?
While the screenwriters of The Glory complete most of the plots in episode 16, the desire for revenge of Joo Yeo-Jeong is one of the few elements of the series that remains unfulfilled. It’s not that the series doesn’t touch on this topic, it does, but we don’t get to see Dong-eun and Joo Yeo-Jeong make Yeong-cheon suffer for his misdeeds.
In comparison, with the help of Joo Yeo-Jeong, Dong-eun takes absolute revenge on his tormentors. Son Myeong-o and Jeon Jae-joon die, Lee Sa-ra and Park Yeon-jin are sent to prison, and Choi Hye-jeong bears a lifelong scar, with her vocal cords also permanently damaged.
She explains to Dong-eun that Joo Yeo-Jeong asked her for permission to help the other woman in her quest for revenge. The only thing that will make him happy will be killing the other man with his own hands. Episode 16 ends with the arrival of Dong-eun and Joo Yeo-Jeong in Jisan. While Yeong-cheon’s death isn’t shown to us, given what we know of the two leads, it’s a matter of time before they pull it off.
