The chapter begins with Hawks and All for One realizing that the current situation isn’t as good for villains/bad for heroes as it could be, as Toga still hasn’t used his full power. . This is when she starts making clones of Shigaraki, Dabi and AFO. We see Shigaraki’s clone tries to use decay but nothing happens. Cut to the girls and Tsuyu says she has a guess: if Toga turned into the other league members at the start and made clones of them, things would be over already. There must be a condition.
This condition has to do with what she said to Ochako in the last war, about using the quirks of people she loves. The clones created by Toga must always follow this rule, and she doesn’t like the league members enough. Twice could get the clones to use their quirks, but Toga can’t. Ochako starts wondering how Toga must feel about this and we see that she’s really not well. She says she loves Toya and Tomura, but she can’t use their powers. She already knew that because she had tested it before, but she thought things could have changed.
My Hero Academia 382 continues as she begins to cry saying that Jin would have been able to do this and wondering why she can’t completely become him. What follows is a black double-page spread with a single speech bubble saying “exterminate all heroes”, the phrase the Twice clones repeated. Then comes another double-page spread, this time of Ochako battling the Twice clones. She says to herself: “I always liked to see people happy, that’s why I can’t ignore your tears”. She then looks at the original Toga, who cries while transforming into Twice.
Back to Tokoyami who continues to attack the AFO. Hawks tells him to hold on as long as he can until AFO’s body is gone. Jiro tells the heroes to attack Dark Shadow to make him stronger, Camie creates a nocturnal aurora, and Inasa lends support with her wind. But it’s useless, because a big explosion comes from where he was. Dark Shadow is fired and All for One says these strong guys are the most annoying to deal with. That’s when we see that he looks much younger now, almost like a teenager, but still menacing.
It attacks the heroes with a sort of black tendril and begins to fly away. Some heroes like Inasa try to pursue him, but the worst is yet to come: All for One smiles upon seeing Gigantomachia on the horizon, coming towards him. All for One orders him to destroy the remaining heroes, but then Hawks says “the situation is actually better than it looks, isn’t it, Tsukauchi?”. Just then, Machia throws an entire mountain at All for One. The last page shows Kirishima all wounded on Machia’s head, shouting “We’re here too, Tokoyami! We won’t let him reach Midoriya!”. And beside him, SHINSOU uses his Persona agreements! This is where the chapter ends!
