Hasta El Cielco Season 1 Ending Explained
At the end of Season 1 of Hasta El Cielco, Mercedes acted as if she knew nothing when Sole told her that their negotiations had been skewed. But Sole made it clear that she was playing tricks on everyone from the start. Once again, she decided to choose humanity over a fierce adversary.
She knows she could just order the Colombians to kill Mercedes, but her sister Marta would still believe Sole murdered her mother, which Sole chose to avoid. She also asks Mercedes to run away from the thugs in order to spare her life. At the end of Season 1 of Hasta El Cielco Rosa was about to punch Chief Ferran for killing her sister, as she couldn’t control her fury. Rosa confronted him and began to fight with him, but she found herself defenseless in their confrontation.
Ferran eventually pointed a gun at Rogelio, who intervened and shot Ferran, freeing Rosa. At the end of Season 1 of Hasta El Cielco, Marta having arrived to take Rosa with her, Rogelio met his daughter for the first time. Sole, a strong and desperate gangster, eventually gave in to his humanity and compassion for his loved ones and family, sparing the lives of these two cunning individuals.
