The series takes a refreshingly feminine take on the apocalypse, in which a devious tidal wave traps an unwitting cohort of 28-year-old women at their high school reunion, atop the new island of their old high school.

Where was Class of 07 filmed?
Class of 07 is filmed in Australia, especially in and around Sydney. Reportedly, principal photography for the first season of the doomsday comedy series began in mid-December 2021 and wrapped in March 2022.
The production team of Class of 07 settles in the capital of New South Wales, Sydney, and creates an atmosphere conducive to the depiction of the apocalyptic world portrayed throughout the series. First, the International College of Management serves as the primary production location for the Amazon Prime series and also serves as the fictional Ridge Heights Catholic College where all the drama takes place, from the apocalypse to the struggle for survival.
While most exterior scenes are filmed at the aforementioned site, interior scenes involving boarding schools and halls are filmed at Sancta Sophia College in Camperdown. As for the outdoor scenes on the water, they are filmed on site at the premises of the Sydney International Regatta Center at Gate A, Old Castlereagh Road in Castlereagh, near Penrith.
Many other flooded high school campus scenes are filmed at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, notably the submerged rotunda pergola rescue scene in the Season 1 premiere episode.
